At the art festival  grounds

• No pre-registration is need it. $10 entry Fee

• Meet at the Med City Arts Festival Booth

​

• 2:00-4:30 pm​

 

• ​You must return to the grounds by 4:15 pm

​

• Jury of 3 plus the public vote at 4:30 pm

​

• Bring your own supplies and easel. We provide a 10 x 12 " signed board   ​

​

• Any location within Rochester City limits

​

• You will have 2 hours and 15 minutes to create your painting

 

Cash Prize: Winner receives 90% of total entry fees
