Event Information​

• Vendors are welcome to arrive as early as 7:30 am.

• Booths shall be ready for the public from 10 am, and turn-down at  6:00 pm, or if you choose, at 10:00 pm.

• The music show will start at 6:30 pm

• You are free to leave at 6:00 pm or stay until 10 pm

• After the music show started, vendors cannot leave until we finish at 10 pm, as it creates a hazard for guests.

• In 2025, due to the construction downtown, the entrance on 2nd Ave SW will be blocked.  We'll have only one entrance for the vehicles: from W Center Street into 1st Ave, SW. We'll be on the grounds after 7:30 am, giving you plenty of time to set up your booth. Booths located on the west side of Peace Plaza must arrive between 7:00 and 8:30 am. Booths on 1st Street should arrive between 8:30 and 9:30 am. Please do not block someone else's path.  

           

 

General Information

• Vendor fees are $60 for first-time artists & craft vendors, $50 for returning vendors, and $30 for loyal vendors (those who have been with us since 2019). You are responsible for your 10 x 10" Booth, chairs, and tables. If you are a TA, contact Casandra Garcia info@medcityartsfestival.org for the possibility of MCAF providing you with tables  & chairs. 

• Vendor space is limited. The MCAF board reserves the right to 

​​     determine the locations of your booth.

• Please go to Google Maps, zoom in to enhance the map until you can read your name or your business name (if you cannot see it, click on top of the number - it will show it). 

• The Agreement and the SPT-19 or the W-9 will be emailed to you. Please fill them out and send them back as soon as possible.

• If you didn’t give us your website or social media information, please send us 2-3 images of your work and logo to info@medcityartsfestival.org. We will use that information for publicity.

• Your logo and images of your work will be linked to your website or social media.

• We don't accept food trailers, only booths

• Food vendors have to contact MCAF for additional information.
