Event Information​

Vendors are welcome to arrive as early as 8:30 am.

Booths shall be ready for the public from 11 am, and turn-down can begin at 6 pm.

The music show will start at 6:30 pm
-
You are free to leave at 6:30 pm or stay until 11 pm

After the music show started, vendors cannot leave until we finish at 11 pm, as it creates a hazard for guests
General Information

Vendor fees are $60 for first-time artists & craft vendors, $50 for returning vendors, and $30 for loyal vendors (those who have been with us since 2019). 10 x 10" Booth (supply your own tent/canopy)​

Vendor space is limited. The MCAF board reserves the right to
​​ determine the locations of your booth.

Please go to Google Maps, click + to enhance the map until you can see the business name or yours on it (if you cannot see it - click on top of the number - it will show it).

The contract with the W-9 will be emailed to you. Please fill them out and send them back as soon as possible.

If you didn’t give us your website or social media information, please send us 2-3 images of your work and logo to info@medcityartsfestival.org. We will use that information for publicity.

Your logo and images of your work will be linked to your website or social media.

We don't accept food trailers, only booths

Food vendors have to contact MCAF for additional information.
