Vendor Applications Now Open for Med City Art Festival (MCAF) 2025!

Hello art makers, appreciators, enjoyers, and supporters! It is time again for us to gather everyone together in Downtown Rochester, Minnesota at the lovely Peace Plaza for a fun, free, and fabulous time! Once again, we are asking you to fill out our vendor application on the MCAF website. We ask that in order to join the Med City Art Festival that all your finished artwork be made by your own hands and not resale or mass produced, and family friendly as MCAF is an all ages event. We are also looking for food and drink vendors for the event, so please also apply if you are interested in providing that service as well. We are a cultural and arts event, and enjoy showcasing cultural foods & drinks, so please apply if you are interested, we promote and encourage diversity & variety. for More rules and guidelines, check out this handy page. The "MCAF T.A. Program" is happening again this year. We have room for a limited number of Teaching Artists. This year there will be two options: provide a hands on project for attendees at your booth for the entire event OR Use our NEW "Art Tent" and provide a 2 hour demonstration/hands on project for attendees. As usual, MCAF offers to provide your supplies, as well as a stipend to thank you for your time and skills. There is a bit of construction going on in Peace Plaza at the moment and will be ongoing throughout festival time. Not to worry! We will be set up with a stage and plenty of vendor space (More room this year for vendors actually), and available parking for attendees and vendors. This will not interfere with the festival or attendees as we have been planning around it and are creating a GREAT festival layout for you.
